And, on the other hand, the user, who accesses the website to enquire and contract the services offered through the Website.
The user declares that he or she is of legal age (18 years), is legally authorised to acquire the services offered through the website in accordance with these terms and conditions and fully understands what is being purchased. In the event of being contracted by a minor, Autosmundo is not in any way responsible for possible expenses, which must be assumed by the minor, the parents or the guardians.
